Covering the top two floors, this chalet-style 5-bedroom penthouse by Place Centrale boasts 2 balconies, 4 bathrooms, a fireplace, a double heighted living room, kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fast wifi, and 2 indoor parking spaces. The size of the penthouse is about 180m2 (155m2 of which are with full ceiling height, the rest is under a low sloping chalet roof). The residence has a 19m heated indoor pool, two saunas, ping-pong tables, a full gym, weights room and yoga area, accessible exclusively to residents every morning, and a limited number of the local public in the afternoons.
The apartment sleeps 10 adults in total, or up to 12 if there are kids, and has the following 5 bedrooms:
1. Double downstairs/entrance level with en-suite bathroom
2. Double downstairs/entrance level with its own balcony and adjacent bathroom
3. Double upstairs sharing a bathroom with bedroom 4
4. Double or twin upstairs sharing a bathroom with bedroom 3
5. Large room upstairs with en-suite bathroom that can be a double or twin and also has pull-out mattresses for kids and a toddler bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted and functional, with dishwasher, electric stove and oven, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, etc.
The living room has a dining area that can seat up to ten adults, four
comfortable couches from which to soak up the breathtaking views, and a smart TV to relax in front of when the pistes, pool and ping-pong have exhausted your batteries.
The penthouse is in the Mondzeu building right by Place Centrale, on 10 chemin des Vernes. It's on the top floor of the front building with unobstructed views. It's a 7-minute walk to Medran, or take the free bus from the “Ermitage” bus stop across the parking lot. There is a large 19m indoor heated pool, 2 saunas, a gym, ping pong tables, and a games area and piano in the building. You can go with your bathrobes (provided) and slippers straight down. The pool area is shared with the rest of the building, easy access with a fob that comes with the keys. In the afternoon there's a lifeguard, but children should be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.There are two private indoor parking spaces for guests, and a private ski locker in the building. There's a washing machine and dryer in one of the bathrooms that are free to use.

Un alojamiento perfecto para la familia. Mi nieta de 3 años disfruto los juegos de niños en el apartamento y se sintió como en casa. La localización es perfecta muy a pocos pasos de todas las actividades interesantes de Verbier con una vista espectacular. Cuatro parejas adultas y una jovencita teníamos muy buen espacio donde estar. Volvería sin dudarlo a este apartamento. Gracias!
We travelled with family and friends and really enjoyed the place. The hosts are highly responsive and very friendly. The house is beautiful and has all the necessities. The location is also very convenient. We would highly recommend the place.

The great: the apartment is in a terrific location, close to the main gondola, restaurants and nightlife, with beautiful views. Nora is a very responsive host who offers helpful advice. The common area and two bedrooms on the main floor are comfortable. The not so great: Our one issue with the apartment, and it is a big one, is the height of the ceiling on the second floor, which was not accurately portrayed. The sloping roof in the 3 bedrooms, the small common area, and the bathrooms makes it impossible to stand at full height almost everywhere. Guests repeatedly banged their heads throughout our stay.
